The most common reason for a card payment failure is due to using a different billing address and zip or postcode to the address details that your card issuer or bank has on file.
Please make sure that the address and especially the postcode is correct and matches the details where your card statements are sent to.
The postcode must be formatted correctly with the space in the correct place and make sure any zeros or letter 'O's are typed correctly.
