We make every effort to make sure that we carry stock of all the items shown as available or in stock.
However, we do occasionally get caught out or let down by suppliers.
Some items are shown with a lead time, usually 1-3 days, this means that this item has to be ordered in from our supplier(s) and may take a day or two extra subject to our supplier having stock.
Some larger/heavier items are shipped directly from our suppliers.
If we cannot supply an item ordered or there is going to be a significant delay, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund of the order.
