None of the delivery times are guaranteed.
Whilst we try our best to ensure that orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time, once the parcels are collected from us, we are reliant on our courier partners.
There are a number of circumstances beyond our control that can delay the delivery, wherever possible we or our delivery partners will contact you to advise of any known delays.

During the current Covid-19 situation, all couriers have removed their timed delivery guarantees.
Whilst next day deliveries will take priority, they are no longer guaranteed.
