No, it is prohibited to send any liquids of any kind by Royal Mail domestic, international or airmail postal services.
The following list is examples of liquids that cannot be posted by Royal Mail:
Engine oil
Gearbox & transmission oil
Antifreeze & coolants
Engine and fuel additives
Paints
Air conditioning products
Glues & adhesives
