Any return for unwanted or warranty items must be returned to the address below and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and a brief note to explain the return reason, simply saying faulty is not sufficient.
If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please contact us and we will send you a copy. Any parcels received without this information will not be processed, without exception.
