So am I right in thinking of I buy this 15p gasket I will be covered for both engines ?

No, the cylinder heads are slightly different on early 10P and later 15P engines. The injector harness is the same and fits either but the gaskets are different so you need to buy the correct gasket for your 10P or 15P engine.
