Yes, it is different brands. This one is an aftermarket version, the other one is a real, genuine, proper Hitachi compressor. If it is your own car and you plan on keeping it, go for the proper Hitachi branded compressor, not a copy.
You need to check which type of compressor you have fitted, on a 2010 LR4 it should have been the later AMK type compressor and has likely already been changed at least once. If you are changing like for like, ie replacing Hitachi with Hitachi then no programming or coding is required.
