The GAP IID Tool will read and clear any faults, but to recalibrate the steering angle sensor, you just need to start the engine and immediately turn the steering wheel all the way to one side, then to the other and then back to the straight-ahead position. If the steering angle fault persists, it is because there is a fault with the sensor or wiring.
