If I buy it and only use it on one car, I don't need an additional license for the extended future. Programming keys should also work. Is it possible to specify the purchase price under 100 for shipping. thank you very much for the answer

You do not need any extra license to use on one single vehicle. Key programming is possible on supported models but not all Land Rover models. We have to put the actual value on the customs declaration.
