No, this set will not fit a left-hand-drive vehicle. Britpart specify the DA2848 power steering rack pipe set as suitable for right-hand-drive Discovery 3 and Discovery 4 models only.
These are the steel pipes that fit directly to the steering rack and carry the power steering fluid across the rack; they are not the feed and return hoses. A different pipe arrangement would therefore be required for a left-hand-drive vehicle.
